Sustainability is an important topic to me. That's why I value an environmentally friendly production process. I print by hand on vintage machines. All materials used (plates, paper, envelopes, ink) are manufactured in Europe. The beautiful, organic paper is made from 100% sustainable cotton from Europe and the color pigments are also eco friendly.

Letterpress is an old printing process in which the design is pressed deep into the paper, creating a beautiful embossing. I print the beautiful stationery on a German Letterpress that is around a hundred years old. This is operated by hand, without electricity, just with strength and a lot of love.

I design my stationery on the computer, where I print it out as negatives. The negative is converted into a cliché in a cliché machine.

The whole process is quite labor-intensive, as everything is set up, assessed and done by hand. This also explains the higher prices than with normal printing processes. However, each card is unique and imperfections become beauty
