Habt Ihr einen Termin für eure Hochzeit festgelegt und wisst Ihr schon, wo sie stattfinden wird? Dann könnt Ihr mit der Auswahl und Bestellung der Hochzeitseinladungen beginnen. Normalerweise werden die Hochzeitseinladungen spätestens 4-6 Monate vor der Hochzeit an eure Gäste verschickt. Wenn Ihr bereits eine Save-the-Date-Karte verschickt habt, reichen 3 Monate vor der Hochzeit aus.

Am besten wählt Ihr zuerst eine Hochzeitseinladung aus. Danach könnt Ihr eure Bestellung platzieren und bezahlen. Anschliessend nehme ich mit euch Kontakt auf um die Details zu besprechen. Dann bekommt Ihr von mir ein PDF File mit einer Vorschau eurer Papeterie, die Ihr nach Wunsch noch anpassen könnt. Wie lange dieser Prozess dauert, hängt zum Teil von euch ab, aber ich rechne in der Regel mit etwa zwei Wochen dafür. 

Nachdem ich eure finale Freigabe erhalten habe, benötige ich etwa 2 Wochen um das Drucken und Zusammenstellen eurer Papeterie abzuschliessen. Sobald eure Bestellung fertig ist, verschicke ich sie oder ihr könnt sie bei mir im Atelier abholen. Wenn Ihr eine kürzere Bearbeitungszeit benötigt, kontaktiert mich bitte für ein individuelles Angebot, um eure Bestellung zu beschleunigen.

First, decide which color palette and font suits your wedding. All designs can be perfectly combined with each other. Every invitation matches every insert card, save-the-date card and menu card. You can combine endlessly with different designs, inks and paper colors. That's why your wedding stationery will be personal and unique.

I recommend ordering a sample box so that you can feel and see the quality of the material and the different colors for yourself.

It's best to choose a wedding invitation first. Each card comes in four beautiful paper colors, and you can also choose the ink for the lettering yourself (additional paper and ink colors available on request). After you have selected the products that match your wedding style and budget, you can fill out all the fields on the product page. If you need more space for information, I recommend adding an insert card .

Don't forget to choose an envelope . These are also available in different colors and materials, with and without printing.

Optionally, you can select one or more accessories. This is a wonderful way to make your stationery even more individual, give it a unique look and impress your guests. For example, with an illustration , high-quality wax seal or chic silk ribbon .

Would you like to inform your guests about the wedding date, but you don't have all the details for the invitation ready yet? There are also save-the-date cards and matching envelopes that match all invitations.

If you want to impress your guests on your wedding day, there are matching menu cards. You can of course order these separately later.

Now you can place your order and pay. I will then contact you to discuss the details. I will then send you a PDF file with a preview of your stationery, which you can then customize as desired.

Now your cards are being printed! As soon as production is finished, I will send them out or you can come and pick them up from my studio in Winterthur.

I am happy to create bespoke designs on request, for example for thank you notes, place cards, vow books and much more. Adjustments to the layout of the semi-custom collections are also often possible. I like to be flexible and can often accommodate a variety of aesthetic adjustments. Since every text and content is slightly different, making sure the layout meets your exact requirements is an important part of the process.

I recommend ordering one per household, plus an additional 10-15 for last-minute guests, keepsakes, and wedding day photos.

Orders are currently limited to 25-100 pieces as I do all the printing by hand. Please contact me for a custom quote if you need a smaller or larger quantity.

Yes, of course! After you have placed your order, I will contact you personally via email to determine the details of your order. As soon as I have received your order form, you will receive a PDF file with a preview of your stationery. I want you to love your stationery as much as I love designing it.

Please read all information carefully and make sure everything looks as it should. A revised proof is included in your order (further corrections on request). As soon as your proof is approved, I will start the printing process. You can still adjust your order until the final print approval.

I understand that numbers may change throughout the wedding planning process. I can accommodate any changes in quantities before production begins. If you would like to order a larger quantity or additional product, please contact me.

After I have received your final approval, I need about 4-6 weeks to complete the printing and assembly of your stationery. As soon as your order is ready, I will send it out or you can pick it up from my studio.

What makes me unique and different from other design studios is that I do all the design, printing and assembly of stationery in-house, ensuring that everything is produced perfectly. I own a manual German letterpress machine that is over 100 years old and my own cliché machine.

I print your stationery by hand. I convert the design into a cliché, which I attach to my letterpress machine. The ink is spread over the cliché using large rollers. The motif is then pressed into the paper, creating a beautiful relief.

All cards in my semi-custom collection and some of the envelopes are printed on the finest handmade paper (350g) from Austria. For the menu cards I use transparent, high-quality paper from Germany. The modern envelopes (135g) are made in England.

I love sourcing exceptionally beautiful and unique papers and materials for my projects. For custom projects, you have hundreds of colors, weights and textures available from a wide range of sources. My selection includes cardstock, handmade paper and slightly transparent paper. In the sample phase of your project, you will be guided through the selection process, where every detail is taken into account.

The stationery I offer in this webshop is Semi-Custom made. This means that the paper style and layout are set. However, you can make many personal choices: the color of the paper, the ink and the envelopes.

Creating Custom Invitations is a collaborative process where we decide on a design together. If you would like me to create a Custom design for you, or just a Custom Illustration or paper color, for example, please send me a message.

You are ordering a semi-custom product, which means that I order and create paper, accessories and printing supplies especially for you. Some of these products have a longer delivery time as they come from all over Europe. I order them immediately after your confirmation to make sure I can complete your order on time.

Since I create personalized stationery, it is not possible to return or exchange your order. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact me immediately and we will try to find a solution.
